Bharat Electricity Summit 2026, scheduled to be held from 19th till 22nd March at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi under the theme “Electrifying Growth. Empowering Sustainability. Connecting Globally”. The Summit will bring together global policymakers, industry leaders, technology providers, investors and experts to shape the future of electricity systems, covering generation, transmission, distribution, storage and smart consumption. The Summit is expected to feature 50+ high-level conference sessions, over 300 speakers, 1,000 delegates, 500+ exhibitors and more than 25,000 visitors, making it one of the largest electricity-focused platforms globally. The Bharat Electricity Summit 2026 is a Ministry of Power and industry led initiative and is being coordinated by Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC India) with the joint support of POWERGRID (nodal), NTPC, PFC, REC, NHPC.
In the run-up to the Summit, Bharat Electricity Summit 2026 also organised a Stakeholders’ Engagement & Roadshow in Kolkata on 21st January 2026, bringing together senior officials from key power sector PSUs and industry stakeholders. The engagement aimed to share insights on India’s evolving electricity landscape and outline the vision and objectives of Bharat Electricity Summit 2026, one of the country’s most significant power sector platforms. Representatives from West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd (WBSEDCL) and Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) were also present at the programme.
